Does the Sky Harbor International Airport have parking for motorhomes or trucks pulling trailers? If so where?

I really doubt it.
Sky Harbor's all garage parking except for 2 economy and 2 auxiliary economy surface lots. The stalls there are for regular cars.
You may have to call or email them to find out, or you can contact one of the off-airport lots (Phoenix doesn't seem to have that many though) to try to arrange something. I think you're going to have to use an RV storage facility though.

Phoenix Sky Harbor has high-profile parking for vehicles over 7 feet tall located east of the Terminal 4 garage on street level. It is a little hard to find and you have to anticipate the entrance or you'll miss it.

I believe you need to either enter the airport from the south or if you enter from the north, look for the "Return to Terminals" turnaround exit. Look for the oversized parking underneath the Terminal 4 upper level; you'll see it to your right just before you either have to merge out to the outer lanes or stay inside for the inner curb. I know this probably makes no sense until you see it, but good luck!
