i am preparing for a business trip to Almata at the end of Nov. 2007, would you please advice regarding the weather condition, rate of money exchange and shall i have Tenge or US dollars?

Please check the weather from www.weather.com
Please check the currency rate from www.oanda.com US Dollars are just fine, there are many exchange offices all around city and also at hotels.
