Does anyone know how to get from Evora to Badajoz by bus? I am looking at travelling this route in April 2008 but I can't find information on bus timetables? Can anyone assist with information? I have emailed the Evora Tourist Office but have not had a reply. It may have something to do with my dodgy Portugese language skills!

Hi!

Intercentro (or Intersul lol) has two daily all year round bus connections from Lisbon-Madrid/Barcelona with stops in Évora and Badajoz.
The buses leave from Elvas at 11h15 or 22h45 and arrive in Badajoz respectively at 13h45 or 01h45.
The one way ticket costs 16€ (adults) or 14€ (young people under 26).

Of course that they still may change the timetables for 2008.

Plus you need to book your ticket at least 3 days before travelling.

You have buses from Évora, everyday at 11h15m (Portuguese time), arriving in Badajoz at 13h 45m (Spanish time, one hour more than in Portugal), and at 22h45m, arriving at 1h 45m
