I will be staying in Foz do Iguacu(Brazil)but flying to Buenos Aires from Iguazu Falls(Argentina)what is the best way to get there bus or taxi? How long would it take and the cost?

I think a taxi is the best way to get to the airport.
It will take about 45 minutes (incl. border crossing). Can not tell you how much it will cost, but taxis are rather cheap in Brazil and Argentina.
