I shall be arriving at Tehran's new airport on a Friday morning. I am wondering if money exchange will be available at the airport on a friday.

look dear
banks are closed on fridays but you can change your money in imam air port but in the city it is hard to change it . may be you can find hotel or store to change your money . but if you coming to ramsar i can change money for you and show you my city and nature to you regars

You should also know that forign ATM cards won't be good in Iran

What are you talking about!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in all the major banks in Iran you can exchange money.
