Hello Matt. I am exactly in the same situation as you, looking for russian courses in Sevastopol and I introduced a new post about it in the forum. Do you have maybe another Email address or a postal address of the lady teacher who offered you her services? The Email address she gave you does not work any more. Best regards. Herve.
