Ayia Napa Travel Forum

Hey,

I am going to ayia napa for 2weeks on the 24aug 2008 with my mate, we have never really been on a mad holiday before and we dont really know what to expect. I went to cyprus this year but stayed in Protaras and went to ayia once on a bar crawl and it was really lively!!!! There is only going to be two of us aswell and we are looking for a good time with lots of partying involved!!!! We are also staying in the Takkas hotel.....and would like to know if anyone has stayed there before and how they rate it.

Hi, a friend of mine stayed there 2 years ago and she liked it. I collected her from there one night...it is nice enough. Nice average sized pool...2 minute walk to bars and clubs.

You will love Ayia Napa it is the best place for a guys or girls holiday I've now been 4 times and already booked to go back next year too.

I stayed at Takkas to its really friendly and just around the corner from the nightlife but far enuff away not to hear the up roar, the food is good as well, if you haven't found this site already you should defo try it

Hey, I have stayed in Takkas apartments before and I am going to Ayia Napa again this year staying in a flat right next to Takkas. Takkas is a nice place, big rooms and is really close to the centre. It is about 2 minutes walk to the clubbing scene and about 5 minutes walk to the beach. I had a good time last time but was with family. I'm going by myself to work this year hopefully for 3 months so could catch you down there! hope this helps x
