Meeting people in Düsseldorf

HI,
I came some time ago to German Düsseldorf from Ireland and Scotland Aberdeen and and now leave here. I have not meet anyone here yet and would love to meet also some English speaking people.
Mybe does anyone know of some English club meetings or something?

what about meeting Vters ? I have seen many foreigners in Duesseldorf and i guess all of them speak English !
