Hi all,
I am thinking about going out to the Sant Lucia reserve in the cloudforest in the Pichincha region for a few weeks in december, to volunteer on a conservation/re-forestation project. I was wondering if anyone has been to this area during december and if so...does it rain the whole time? There seems little point in going if it will be pouring with rain and covered in mist the entire time, and maybe more beneficial to go at a time when the weather is better for working...can anyone advise here? Also, what are the temperatures like during december? Cheers, Freya |
