Maybe the Marriott, although it's not quite in the right place on this map: http://www.all-hotels.com/xbook/servlet/hotel-deta
The flag seems to be on top of the Bourse (stock exchange), the hotel is in fact across the street from it, above and behind Mcdonalds. If you look at the right angle formed by Bd. Anspach and rue Antoine Dansaert (better get used to seeing addresses in both French and Dutch), on the left-hand side you will see a little (white, on the map) street which leads to St. Géry, which is full of bars. The street starts next to O'Reilly's Irish pub.

Mariott is quite expensive. In the City centre, the Novotel Sainte Catherine may do very well. More Accor and NH hotels exist downtown. Do not believe the title 'City Centre', go for "Grand'Place" in the names!
Note the Mozart hotel in the Marché aux Fromages street, just off Grand'Place. You can crawl back to your room. Pls remain decent, even when drunk. Belgium is not Britain.
