Hi We were wondering about the twin beds--are they comfortable?? Our 21 yr old never sleeps well & we're on somewhat of a budget. Thank you for time--Kathy

The chances of anyone who has actually stayed at your hotel reading this question must be rather low.

Forum questions quickly work their way down, and off the page, and out of sight.

Your son may like a soft bed, others may prefer a firm bed.

If you really are that worried I think you should drop a line to the hotel and tell them about your concerns, and ask about the beds in the room your son has been allocated.

The first post is a good option.

Another option would be to load up said 21 year old on the world's best limoncello nightly after dinner and they'll sleep like a rock.

Twin beds in Italy tend to mean twin single beds - not double like they do in the States. If you want 3 people in a room you must request that.

Good point Tracy. And if a room with 2 single beds in a budget catergory hotel is likely to be on the small side by American standards.
