Hello,
I'll be in Guwahati, State of Assam, 4 and 5 November 2007; I am looking for a very budget friendly accomodation: a hotel, or any sort of accomodation, as long as it is a safe one, of course, for 1 person for two days. I will arrive at the Guwahati airport at about 7 pm, 4 November: is there an info point there, so that I won't have a hard time finding an accomodation without booking first ? I'd like to have a very downtown place to stay: is there some sort of shuttle to and from the airport ? One more point: is there the Guwahati old town where one can get the flavor of non modern India ? Thank you for any reply anyone of you will kindly post Giorgio, Italy |
