There is no any official on-line databases of private phone numbers. Just some kind (usually they are upgraded very rarely) of Yellow pages. Some illegal databases circulates on the markets, so the only way is to ask somebody from Vladikavkaz to find such kind of information for you. Even information services of phone companies supply with information only in the case you tell them correct and detailed address and full name of person or organization.
