No offence, but if you could type in normal English instead of chat/SMS language that would make your post easier to read.
Flights to Harbin from WHERE? Singapore? Round-trip or one-way? Are you spending all 8 days in Harbin? That could get a little boring. The max I could do for the city alone would be about 4-5 days if you don't ski at Yabuli. And be more specific about your accommodation request. You've provided zero details about your expected price range, no. of people, what kind of rooms you need etc.

A round-trip between Ushuaia (in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina) and Harbin for 776 Sing. $ is a very good deal.

there are some cheap flights from Singapore to Shenzhen on Tiger; you can then get a China domestic flight.
For hotels use www.sinohotelguide.com I usually have good luck with them Enjoy!

Jocelyn gave a perfect answer, actually.
In an other, railway-related forum we see often a question like: "How much is the train ticket?" (no info, where to go, from where to go, what service and when). The answer comes from the moderator usually like: "sorry, no tickets are available for sale: there is no train between Buenos Aires and Jerusalem anymore" OK, in an other posting it turned out, the starting point is Singapore, indeed. :-)
