ok, your best guess, "How far of a walk is it from the Allamanda Beach Hotel south of Bridgeport to the cruise ship port building in Bridgeport?" Walking for me is not a problem. I have 2 feet that work along with the rest of the body being that I just lost 20 pounds. Anyone? Anyone?

your google map should have given you the distance or at least the measurements on the map to figure the distance. the worst part of navigaing the Bridgeport marina is getting to the particular doc your ship is at. that is the hard part.

i tried a couple tricks in that google map deal and it wasn't working, hence why I'm asking here. May try again for shwingdings and giggles just to humor myself

We have sailed twice into/out of Barbados and I don't know where your hotel is located but it could be a pretty good walk to the port. As I recall there isn't much close except industrial. I would take a taxi. It might make it easier to get past the security check point at the harbor gate, also. Drivers and roads can be a challange to say the least.

The Allamanda is located on the south coast of Barbados around the hastings/worthing area. without going out an driving it, i would say it's probably about 5km from that hotel to the port.. i would suggest walking it, even if it sounds easy.. Take a Cab from the hotel if you are planning on meeting a ship at the port.
