I will be visiting Cape Verde for two weeks and I wonder what activity kan one get involve in except for sunbathing. Is the people friendly and do they speak English?

windsurfing is huge in cape verde and so is big game fishing.
the locals are a friednly bunch and you will find a few english speakers as many of them have worked abroad as sailors.
