Does anyone have any advice as to how I get from Bergamo airport (Milan) to Savona cruise terminal? I arrive in Bergamo at 10.20 and the cruise leaves at 17.00.
Does anyone know of a reasonable but good hotel in Bergamo, Milan or Savona?! Thanks. |

You might find it easiest to take the airport bus from Bergamo into Milan, which takes about an hour and arrives right next to the central station. Otherwise, the first available train (assuming you are arriving on a weekday), departs Bergamo 10:53, arr. Milano Centrale 11:45, then the train to Savona departs Milano Centrale 13:10 (Intercity, compulsory reservation), via Genova Piazza Principe, arr. Savona 15:25.
The next train from Milano Centrale, dep 14:10, arr 15:42 Genova Piazza Principe, is too late for you because the 15:54 connection arrives at Savona at 16:55. http://bahn.hafas.de/bin/query.exe/en
