Does anyone know how much it costs to pitch a tent on one of the Faroese campsites? I could find only one website with prices for one of the campings (80 Kr a night). Thanks!

Thanks for the link, but if it's that hazardous, why do they bother to open campsites in the first place? I can hardly imagine it's really that bad...

You'll be fine, I went camping there in June a couple of years ago. As you say, they wouldn't have campsites if camping was that hard!
Just expect plenty of wind and rain, but it's nothing a modern tent shouldn't be able to handle.
