I have been sent a NY times article describing 2 hr delays crossing border, esp at El Paso, and McAllen mentioned once in article. Is this true for Progreso?

Howdy,
I was just there 0n 10/12, and while it took longer than it has in the past, the wait was more like 30 minutes. I crossed during a fairly busy time, so it's probably a lot less of a wait most of the time. El Paso/Juarez and McAllen/Reynosa crossings are much busier ports of entry than Nuevo Progresso, so naturally their wait times are going to be longer. Feliz viajes Marc
