My girlfriend and I are scheduled to arrive in Faro 24 December at 16.05. From there we want to go directly to Sevilla. Our only option is to take the 17.20 bus from EVA. I'd like to know whether it's possible to reserve and if so, how to. And might we miss this bus, do you happen to know if they also operate on Christmas Day. Thanks in advance,

This is the EVA bus website (in English):
http://www.eva-bus.com/home.php?lang=UK Seems to be a good idea to book online in advance; the site has that facility. However, am pretty sure the bus does not run on Christmas Day ('excepto feriados').

...my two cents...don't skip Faro. It's a nice city. It has a beautiful old core and a modern area with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Muito obrigado for the helpful replies. As for Faro, we have limited time, so I'll keep it in mind as a future destination or, if we don't manage to catch the bus, we'll spend Christmas over there.
