Of course it should be much cheaper through China, than the Moscow or Seoul. I'm sure you can get cheaper fares to BJS from your place then you have options to get to UB, the capital of Mongolia, like plane, train even the sleeping buses. Guess you better take Air China for all connections, so this may enable to reduce faires.
