Hi. I'm going to Rotterdam on a short holiday and am staying at Eden Savoy within walking distance?

Also we will be going to a concert at Ahoy and coming back to the hotel in the middle of the night. WIll there be taxis available and are there pubs near Ahoy stadium?

Yes, there will be taxis.
No, Ahoy is in a rather empty area with a lot of park around it. So, no pubs.
I suggest you take the metro back (as described in my reply to your other question). When you get to your endstation Blaak, cross the large road (parallel to the cubic houses) towards the Oude Haven (old harbour). Plenty of pubs there and you will be able to walk back to your hotel within 5-10 minutes from there.
