we sleep in nara and we w'ld like visit himeji, is it à direct train or bus ?? to go to himeji and how during the way ?? (schedule)

You can take the train...JR Nara Station to JR Himeji Station. It will take a little less than an hour. I don't have the train schedule but I would think about every 20 mins or so.
