I'll be working in Astana from January-April 2008. Two things I'd really like to do while over there (I might be getting additional funding) is:
- tour Semipalatinsk (nuclear test city / facility if open) - tour Baikonur Space Center (and get to perhaps experience the Soyuz launch) Can anyone tell me which tour companies I should look into? Best mode of transportation from Astana? Possible prices? Things to expect? -A |
