HI!
Which part of Bintan will you be? If it's the various resorts of the Bintan Resorts Group, then each of them has their own bar.

Inside the hotel: yes.
Different bars among the various resorts of the Nirwana Group: yes. Outside as in among the jungle and forage? No. Please note that the resort ground is not a town....it's pretty much artificial so no locals except for the ones working in the various resorts.
