I will be in Aix for five days in a week and half. What are some must see attractions and where are some good places to go out to at night. I'm open to suggestions.

First stop should be the Tourist Office in Aix. They have excellent materials and maps of the city that will be very helpful.

To start your research, type Aix-en-Provence into the VT Search Window above. This will take you to all the VT Member Travel Pages on Aix which will give you a good overview of what is available and how you might feel about visiting. Under the TIPS section, check Things to See and also Nightlife. There are great ideas there.

Are you planning any day trips in the area or do you plan to spend the entire time inside the city? Silvacane Abbey and the charming village of Lourmarin are both fairly nearby and might make a satisfactory day trip for you if you are interested in such things.

hey,

the city is beautifull but u wont need more than one day or 2 to visit, close by there is St Victoire Mountains, the muse of Paul Cezanne, u can almost go on the top by foot from city center.
There are lots of things to see around but u will need a car, it's depend on what u like... city avignon/arles or nature...
if u have others questions or want help u can send mp if u want, would be glad to answer
