| Charlotte Amalie | Shopping off Main waterfront street Posted: Thu October 4, 2007 07:27 PM UTC
The first time we visited St Thomas - we ate at the "Hard Rock" cafe. We found out it was no longer there two years ago. We always go through the "breezeway" between some stores and shop this are and the other street away from the waterfront. Is this safe?
Thanks |

The Hard Rock Cafe was in International Plaza on the Waterfront. As you walk with your back to the water, the next street you get to is Main Street. Behind Main Street is Back Street. Behind Back Street is Crystal Gade where the Synagogue is located. These streets are tourist friendly during the day up until about 5:30. After that, it's best to stay only on the Waterfront.
