This is so easy. Just turn up on the beach and wait for the boat owners to approach their boats. You can negotiate anything, from package time to the price.You'd actually do better driving round to Nessebar, just 3-4 miles away. There are 100's more boats there, than at Sunny Beach. Good Luck.
