Nightlife in Colombo

Hi guys. My friend MarikARC, has been living in Chennai and working hard. She'll be visiting Colombo soon, to take care of some business and also let her hair down and relax. Are there any good options for partying, and having a good time?

I don't know Sri Lanka at all, but I thought I should ask and see what you guys think? Come on, what are the spots to party?

Hi there if she's goign to be based in Colombo there many dfferent options depending on her taste if she likes live music theres R&B on Duplication road, dance clubs are H2O at union place, Sansibar at Gall face court, and Tramps at Galdari hotel, Bistro latino is a lounge that plays spanish misic good expet crowd, if she's in Colombo on the 1st Sunday of the month theres Jazz at CR & FC club.

usually nightlife is mostly friday and sat only............
Zanzibar , Trapms, Rythem and blues, sugar are some places of notice.........

Hey,

After long time.

There are lots of night clubs in every big hotels in Colombo. Few casinos also located in Kollupitiya and Bambalapitiya. Those are the most popular places.

Beach is another good place to relax in day time. Negombo, bambalapitiya, Dehiwela and Mount Lavina is some pupular in Colombo area
