| Xiamen | Budget hotels on Gulangyu Island ? Posted: Tue October 2, 2007 07:30 AM UTC
Hi guys I will be in Xiamen from the 14th October and will stay at the Home Inn but thought it might be worth staying on the island as I plan to visit for the day. Are there any budget hotels there ? I read that the Lizhi Dao was cheap (according to the ROUGH GUIDE) but can't find it on the net.
As for Xiamen I am staying 4 nights and may change hotel to a smaller one which again is about 200-220 RMB......does anyone know of any that are good ? |

Go for the IYH on Gulangyu, from research I think that's cheaper than the Lizhidao. AFAIK there's no website for Lizhidao. Website for Gulangyu IYH: http://www.yhagly.com
There's also a good IYH in Xiamen, near Xiamen university and Nanputuo Temple: http://www.yhaxm.com
