This is Nitin and i have SIR visa,Please advise me how to apply for spouse visa as it is bit confusing about the forms available. |

You should take this problem to your Bank; or a trusted friend, or to a citizen's advice office.
It is inappropriate on a Travel Forum.

I believe if you were married when you applied for the visa you would be just asked to sign that your spouse would also abide by the same work/study location requirements. If you are recently married or married for less than 12 months you will need to prove the marriage is genuine and that you do/will live together.
