hi
can you guide me to where is the best place to rent an apartment.i have the choice of 2.one is near betlemi church the other is 10 min walk from freedom square.which is nearer the old town. thank you fraser |

I advise you to take that hotel from wich you will have wonderful view of old Tbilisi :)
first it is better to see then you can go to cafes, restaurants and clubs that are in old Tbilisi, most famous is Sharden street :) no traffic only cafes :) for more information you can see this : http://www.hotels-tbilisi.com/hotel_details.php?ho :)

I agree with the above. Being near freedom square plunks you dead center in the city. Its a great part of town! check out www.georgia.travel if you're interested in learning more about the city.
