Hello,
I live in Brasil and have a trip to Germany early October. In Karlsruhe will have a car rent from Avis and need to return it to their location in Karlsruhe at Stuttgarter Strasse 27. Is an easy walk from there to Karlsruhe Hbf ?? Is there any tram that can use ?? Easy to get taxi if necessary ??

According to Google Earth, it's less than a mile (1.22 km).
Not sure if there's a bus or tram, but unless you are carrying heavy luggage or it's raining, it shouldn't be too much trouble. All you need to do is go down Stuttgarter Strasse, then Rüppurrer Straße, then Poststraße.
It's basically one straight line, only that after Stuttgarter Str. you need to keep a little left to find Rüppurrer Str.

At the bottom you can see the Hauptbahnhof.
Stuttgarter Str. is a bit north-east of it, parallel to the railroad.
No. 27 is in the middle of Stuttgarter Str.
Closest tram stop is Tivoli (trams #3 and #6) - but at this point you have made already 50% of the whole walk (~ 1,5 km).

Guess Avis will call you a taxi if you ask. Next taxi booths are at the Hauptbahnhof.
