hi--
i need a hotel -reasonable and safe-arriving very late monday nite -9/24- to managua for 11 days. looking for contract NGO or teaching job for 2008. former peace corps volunteer and professor yearns to leave real estate business in usa to get back to my roots in a country like nicaragua. is managua as dangerous as i read? are airport taxis safe-what color or comoany should i take? can i chnage money at airport with late arrival? if not, what exchange should i use paying in us $. any other helpful hints? thanks -jim |

Hi Jim,
My wife and I will be in Nicaragua to attend the graduation ceremonies for the elementary school we own and manage in her hometown of Managua.I think she can provide the answers to some of your questions.
