Could you please tell me waht is the best to Rothenburg from Nuremberg?
I found that I have to get on and off with my big luggage many time by train .If there is other direct bus or transportation better.

I have travelled there by bus. I guess it's still there.

If you have more luggage with you than you can easily carry from one train to another than you have to much luggage with you. I'd solve that problem first.
Nürnberg - Rothenburg ob der Tauber (make sure you enter the correct Rothenburg in the DB online trip planner as there are several) usally involves two changes, but as they are in small station they should not be problematic.
There might be tour buses that go to Rothenburg from Nürnberg, but there is no regular service. Buses that compete with train services are virtual nonexistent in Germany.

There are connections with only 1 change in Steinach. That's a tiny station where the branch line to Rothenburg starts.
There are no direct public buses. The DB timetable would show you also these.
Single ticket local public transport is EUR 8,40. This covers the regional trains between Nuremberg and Rothenburg, the buses in Rothenburg and the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, trams and buses in Nuremberg.
