Take Ayala bound bus. The tricky part is, there are different loading and unloading zones along Ayala Ave., that is, you can't get off in a loading zone and you can't get on a bus in an unloading zone.

If I remember right, the closest unloading zone to the PLDT tower is Glorietta. Go to the direction of Makati Ave. (corner building is Shangri-la Makati) but if you have to cross the street, take the pedestrian underpass.

or you can take the MRT, get off at Ayala Stn and walk along Ayala Ave.

PLDT is at the corner of Ayala and Makati Aves - right beside the Shangri-la Hotel and across PSE Tower One

If you mean the PLDT RC Bldg on Makati Ave corner dela rosa st., then the directions given are correct. Same is true if you are headed for the PLDT Makati General Office which is just right at the back of RCB when you're at Makati Ave but is actually alongside it when you're at dela rosa. But if you are going to the PLDT (where smart is co-located) along Ayala Ave cor Herrera St., then you should take the bus going to ayala and go down on the bus stop before herrera. You'll have to cross the street using the underground walkway and just go straight ahead. PLDT tower (where smart is ) is to your right before you even reach the next underground walkway.

I used to work for PLDT.
