Hi!
I am planning to do a day trip of Luxembourg later this month. Actually I have a latenight flight from Frankfurt Hahn and thot it might be a nice idea to do a day trip arriving at Lux around noon for abt 5 hours to see places. 1. Any idea if the buses from Hahn to Lux is crowded and one needs to book in advance for the journey? Also the costs for a return trip in the same day..One operator says it charges $22 per person one way by bus.. is it that expensive? 2. The absolute must sees and if they are connected by some tourist bus.. where to find this bus and how much for a half day trip? |

Better to book the bus, not because it is crowded, the opposite in fact, but if they do not have a boking by anyone as hapens alot they do not always turn up.
while i would recommend more time, if 5 hrs is all you have, the best to do is just atke a walk around teh grund see the old batiments its all easy to see and spectacular. get some good lunch in too, excellent resaturants with good luncht time specials all over the city steve
