HI,
I am planning to go for a meeting at the Moulana Azad medical college in the 1st week of Dec'07. I have been away from India for quite a while.I'd like information about some good, decent hotels in the range of around Rs.1000/night which are close to the medical college and some good shopping areas( i guess like karol bagh!).I will very much appreciate the info. Connaught place is quite good for shopping as well. Krohl bagh is good too. Try desiya.com for cheap accomodation Balram

Try Western Extension Area also known as WEA. The place is full of small hotels all four floors hotels.It is adjacant to Karol Bagh. The place is full of hotels and bargaining is the rule of the day. Avoid agents, they hike up the rates and get 10% commission on the total bill
