Are there regularly scheduled, direct flights between Minsk and Kaliningrad? What airlines fly that route and can flights be booked online?

they're trying to market Kaliningrad as a hub, and there's a "new" Russian airline based there; they advertise on CNN or Euronews, but I can't remember the name (I'm 50 something so I have an excuse); maybe they fly to/from minsk; sorry to be only half helpful!
