Montreal	Mobile cellular phone rental Posted: Wed September 19, 2007 10:26 AM UTC I will be in Montreal in October for 2-3 weeks and would like to have a local mobile phone while there. Therefore, I would like to know if it is possible/practical to rent/buy a cheap phone in Montreal which can be used in the Ottawa, Quebec City and Upper NY state areas as well. I will be in Montreal in October for 2-3 weeks and would like to have a local mobile phone while there. Therefore, I would like to know if it is possible/practical to rent/buy a cheap phone in Montreal which can be used in the Ottawa, Quebec City and Upper NY state areas as well.
