Hi Last September we stayed 100 metres from this hotel, looks in good shape from outside, is very well located right in the centre of Surfers Paradise and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Suggest you check on Tripadvisor as to what people say about it www.tripadvisor.com and type in Courtyard by Marriott.
Good Luck, Mike

Stayed there last month. Great location - Cavill Ave and beach at your doorstep. Inside the hotel is nice. Clean and comfortable rooms and great views. Breakfasts were typical smorgasbord. The only downside is that I could hear the noise from Cavill Ave even with the doors shut. Have a great holiday.
