Visa is International but the cards are issued for worldwide use by Banks in almost every country in the world.
Most people find that cash withdrawals from an ATM using a Visa Debit Card give the best exchange rate. I have not used any other method for the last 12 years or more but use a card issued by my UK Bank.

atm's of equitable pci accepts visa card for cash advances. safest way is go to the bank or to avoid hassles, try branches at the malls.

The head office of Equitable PCI, which accepts over the counter cash advances from Visa. But if you can withdraw money from an ATM - that would be better. The handling fee for an over the counter withdrawal is terribly high!

Ok, Thanks for answer.
Sandflake, think i will take ATM then. I will check up if there is good bank close to Robell Mansion. Hope its an ATM that i take out around 40 000 pesos each time.

not sure if the atm will allow you 40k withdrawal at one time. even for local account holders, the maximum withdrawable amount per transaction is 10k, and a maximum limit of 20k.
robelle mansion is fairly close to makati ave where there are several banks and Equitable PCI Bank main office branch is near the intersection of Makati Ave Gil Puyat street so you can do your over the counter transaction as well. you might want to consider the withdrawal limit of each transaction you make (4 transactions of 10k each)

Makati is full of ATM machines, banks, malls etc. Equitable is main one, try ATM in lobby of a bank for more safety, like HSBC lobby or BPI tower on Delarosa.

might be better for you to withdraw in dollars from a citibank branch in paseo de roxas. 1k USD would be exchanged for at least 45k php. I find it easier to transact business there. Besides, it's just one jeepney ride away from robelle mansion I think.

from robelle, take the jeepney heading to Ayala Ave or Glorietta.
get off at the cornr of Makati Ave and Paseo de Roxas. Nearest landmark will be the Mandarin Orietnal Hotel on your left side. Citibank is 2 buildings away to your right <if the hotel is to your left)
