Hi,
My wife wants to go to San Sebastian on Monday September 24th to visit clothes shops so I thought it best to insure it's not a bank holiday as we have been caught-out in the past. Would be grateful for confirmation that the shops will be open and particularly on Mondays. Thanks. |

Yes, shops always open on mondays except if is a bank holiday.
I have looked at the "Calendario Laboral of San Sebastian" and the 24th of September is not a bank holiday there. http://www.autoempleomujer.com/cl_guipuzcoa.htm This date is the celebration of La Mercé and it is bank holiday in Barcelona
