I know for sure whenever I'm in the Phils, I always stay in Makati simply because of all the ambiance that the Greenbelt has to offer. If you go up on the 3rd flr of Greenbelt there is at least 3 places to go dancing, Absynthe, a place that starts with a blue name, and another that I totally forgot the name. Trust me on this. Have a safe and fun B'day bash. Make sure you have a designated driver after the party.

There are a lot of places to go clubbing. I would like to suggest Adriatico St. in Malate area but maybe, that will be way too crowded for all of you. But it's fun there. Just... a bit crowded. ^^
In Makati, you can go to The Fort. There are a lot of clubs there. Also those bars near Jupiter street in Makati. Having a private vehicle is recommended to enable you to easily navigate the roads and ask for directions when you think you are lost. Most club and Restaurants here are scattered.
Quezon City also have lots of clubs, near Thomas Morato and Scout Fuentebella. I recommend Ratsky among other bars. They have good music.
If you want a nice southern bar, I know of "19 East" in Muntinlupa. You can see it in your left side in South Expressway before you reach the toll gate of Sucat Exit. They have cool bands during Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I've been there so I know what I'm talking about. ^^
