Hey ppl
I tot of going to Hat Yai during Chinese New Year (7 Feb 08)... will most of the shop be open... will any thing be affected? i need to know more coz I was in Bangkok this year during the New Year (1st Jan 07)... and most of the shop are closed... |

I would advise caution in going to Hat Yai for Chinese New Year. There is still a lot of unrest going on down there, although we'll see what happens post-Ramadan to see whether the curfews will remain lifted and peace returns.
