I a currently traveling in Berlin and I would like to hire an experienced Berlin area guide-driver-translator to accompany me to the Chelm region of Poland for 1-2 weeks.
Does anyone have any tips about finding such a guide from Berlin? I have a Berlin travel agency working on it, but it doesn't look too promising as travel agencies usually deal with group tours only. Thanks for any tips. |

I think what you are asking is almost impossible.
You might have more of a chance if you were to get to Poland first and enquire there for a guide.

Take a train to Lublin and connect with your translater/driver there. The yellow pages show many translaters there.
