Mappy.com lists it at about 300 KM and a little over 3 hours

www.viamichelin.com says it is 278 km's with a driving tine of 3 hours and 1 minute.
I think this driving time is rather optimistic; during daytime on weekdays add one hour (at least).

If you drive, be sure to leave after 0900 and arrive before 1500. That will mostly avoid traffic jams.
