can anyone tell me about this area. we are lookin at best western port venezia compared to area where Renieris hotel is.
the other hotel loked like it had nice beach views but little else to do. |

VT Members who have visited Chania have left a wealth of information on the Chania Travel Pages along with Tips on Hotels and all manner of other things.
I am sure you will find very helpful information there.

I stayed at the Porto Veneziano when I was in Chania. It is a great place to stay because it is afordable and it is right on the harbour so that everything is within walking distance. The shopping areas are further in past the main harbour area but still within walking distance.
