Hello,
You can take speedboat trip from Phnompenh (Cambodia) to Chau Doc (Vietnam). Contact your hotel in Chau Doc for speedboat service or ask a Vietnam travel agent for help with all the arrangement. Some hotel in Chau Doc offers speedboat services in Chau Doc like Ben Da Nui Sam hotel (2*), Victoria Chau Doc Hotel (4*) Cheers,

If your tired catch some sleep before the Vietnam border. There is not a lot to see up to that point.
Should you have to wait for your boat in Phnom Penh grab a coffee at the Green Vespa cafe across the street.
