What is the best route to take from Orlando (probably around Disney area-haven't picked the hotel yet)to the Tampa baseball game? It will be around 3pm on a Thursday. We will be driving back that night. I've mapquested, but any "local" hints would be great.
Also, anything else we should really see in Tampa, as it may be the one and only time we are there? |

Just in case you did not already know, The Tampa Bay Devil Rays play in St. Petersburg.
Take I-4 to Tampa, then take I-275 south to St. Petersburg, Tropicana Field is just off the I-275. You can see the arena from the interstate. There is Busch Gardens in Tampa, also Ybor City, the Florida aquarium, plenty of things to do and see, but it depends on what interests you.
